Q: What's your skin type?
My skin is normal to dry - with a weird dry patch by my nose that flares up when I'm super stressed!
Q: Favourite Disciple product?
My favourite product is Good Skin as it smells amazing and really works. It's the first Disciple product I tried and it got my hooked on the brand!
Q: How do you manage stress?
I use Yoga With Adrienne when I can, make lists to try and ‘brain dump’ and the best of all, spend time with my dog!!
