We're sure you'll be completely delighted with your order. However, if your product is faulty or damaged we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 28 working days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are heavily used. Please contact us to arrange a return. Please do not send products back without contacting us beforehand.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If your product arrives broken or damaged please return within 28 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund.
If you have a faulty item bought from another supplier and not from us directly, please contact us via email. We would require you to send the item to us to investigate and would ask that you do this via tracked postage so your item doesn’t go missing.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
CAN I CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
