Q: What's your skin type?
I would describe my skin as dehydrated and sensitive.
Q: Favourite Disciple product?
My favourite Disciple product is a tie break (sorry, but cannot choose!) between Juicy Mist and Dreamy Skin. They are both amazing!
Q: How do you manage stress?
I (try) and manage stress with self care everyday. Wether it be a beauty treatment, Pilates reformer workout, or just a bit of time each day to do something I enjoy.
I also eat healthily, use aromatherapy regularly, plus I take a high strength CBD oil everyday which helps my mood.
