Q: What's your skin type?
Combination and blemish prone with the occasional eczema patch.
Q: Favourite Disciple product?
Now this is a really hard question as I definitely suffer from DLA ( Disciple London Addiction) but if I had to choose it would be CBD Miracle Drops followed by Good Skin.
Q: How do you manage stress?
Well at the moment my life is definitely very hectic and stressful and this is definitely taking its toll on my skin. I find running and boxing really helps to clear my head and using my Disciple Miracle Drops and Therapie Roques Oneil Calm Balm help to keep me calm and a pampering skincare routine followed by a hot bubble bath with a good book really helps me feel more myself again.
